Main stages of personnel search and selection process

1. Detailed analysis of company’s needs and discussing the available positions and the requirements for the candidates with the Client.
2. Drafting job advertisements and obtaining Client’s approval.
3. Posting job advertisements on the net and/or in the papers (ADVANTUS has discounts for advertising in the national and regional papers).
4. Registration and review of the incoming CVs.
5. Telephone interviews with the candidates: providing the information about available position and specification of the information about the candidates.
6. Evaluation of the CVs and selection of the candidates for an interview.
7. If it is provided for in the specific selection project contract, ADVANTUS conducts direct search.
8. Reviewing and discussing the list of candidates to be invited for an interview together with the Client (if requested).
9. ADVANTUS invites candidates for an interview and provides the Client with a list of candidates that meet the requirements.
10. ADVANTUS arranges a meeting between the Client and the selected 2 or 3 candidates for every position and introduces them to the Client.
11. Testing of the candidates, assessment of their skills.
12. Checking the references of the selected candidates.
13. Final review of the data and references of the selected candidates, followed by Client making a job offer to the selected candidate.
14. Upon Client’s request, ADVANTUS may act as an intermediary and/or participate in the initial stage of the negotiations.
15. ADVANTUS provides a 3-month quality guarantee for the selection services.
