When working in the short-term form, your direct employer is Advantus, but you work in the workplace of our Client. When the work is done in one company, we will offer you more work proposals that suit your needs.

Yes, we have a variety of short-term job offers (evenings, weekends, work for a few days or weeks, etc.) If you work full-time in another job, you can work with us half-time (no more than 12 hours per day).
A fixed-term employment contract is concluded with the employee, so you do not lose your unemployed status at the labor exchange. Unemployment benefit from the labor exchange is not paid for the period while you are working under such a contract, after termination of the fixed-term contract, payment of the benefit continues. It is necessary to inform the Lithuanian Labor Exchange about the conclusion and termination of the contract with Advantus. If you know the name and surname of the person consulting you at the labor exchange, we can also inform you about the conclusion / termination of the contract.
