Advantus operations and sales are increasing each year from its establishment in 2007. In 2016, JSC “Advantus” sales have peaked over 3.8 million euros. Currently there are four Advantus branches in the major cities of Lithuania: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Panevėžys.
Advantus team was formed in 2005 in Vilnius during the establishment of JSC ADECCO – a company belonging to the global personnel solutions leader ADECCO (www.adecco.com) group.
In the spring of 2007, ADECCO group, having decided to continue expanding their influence in the market of Baltic countries through local partners rather than their own companies, withdrew and JSC ADECCO team became the staff of JSD Advantus and continued with the same activities.

Whenever a need for staff arises, you only need to notify Advantus of how many, for what tasks, of which specialty and for what timeframe is it that you require staff, and on the day agreed Advantus personnel will begin their work in your company.
Your tasks – our staff. Advantus selects appropriate personnel, makes work agreements, makes sure payment of wages and taxes are on time, and also administrates all relevant documentation. Advantus has been conducting temporary employment projects for more than 10 years and has accrued a great deal of experience in the field of staffing services.

Every day in our company Advantus JSC there are about 500 specialists of a wide spectrum at work. A part of them are working on long-term tasks set by our clients, another part – short-term tasks. If appropriate personnel cannot be found within Advantus database, we will invoke the most appropriate search methods and find the required number of personnel.
If the qualification, responsibility, motivation or approach to handling a task does not meet the requirements of the Client, Advantus will replace the worker. A replacement worker will also be provided in case of a worker’s absence.

The company offers a wide spectrum of contemporary evaluation methodologies, helping employers effectively control human resources from selection and employment to education and career planning. Particularly useful is the evaluation methodology which is based on evaluated person’s cognitive abilities, personal traits, interests, approach style, leadership skills analysis and their compatibility with the requirements for a specific job.
Advantus is the partner of Lee Hecht Harrison in the Baltic countries and is working with outplacement, which is, consulting of personnel that must involuntarily change career, using consulting methodologies by Lee Hecht Harrison. These are programs and consultations geared toward specialists and managers that are being laid off. The main purpose of this program is helping the participants with the development of capabilities to choose the most appropriate career path and / or find appropriate work.
