Team of ADVANTUS was formed in 2005 when UAB ADECCO was incorporated in Vilnius as the Lithuanian branch of global leader in Human Resources solutions ADECCO ( www.adecco.com ). In spring of 2007, when ADECCO group decided to continue its activities in the Baltic countries through a local partner rather than through own companies, the former team of  ADECCO UAB became the employees of ADVANTUS UAB and it continues doing the same job.

ADVANTUS UAB provides services:

• search and selection of employees »
• temporary staffing (short term and long term)»
• assesment of employees and candidates»
• career transition planing (outplacement)
• cost optimisation of personnel management»
• search and selection of employees in other countries, in cooperation with ADECCO
• other services, related to personnel management.

Currently, branches of ADVANTUS are established in Vilnius and Klaipėda providing services in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Riga and Tallinn.
